Odd, Humanlike Robot Hands

Sushi & patisserie robots

Made out of silicon, these robotic arms are controlled by pneumatic actuators that inject air and release pressure in accordance with the form of an object.

The prototypes pave the way for functional prosthetics and manual tasks on assembly lines.
