The CD shaft couplings are available in single and double flex models with clamp style hubs with or without keyways.



Zero-Max Composite Disc (CD) (Plymouth, MN) Shaft Couplings combine high-performance materials, design features, and precision to withstand the rigors of today’s most demanding servomotor systems. Features include:

  • A Precision machined body made of ASTM A 108 steel and 6061-T6 aluminum.
  • Inherently balanced body components.
  • ISO Class 12.9 hardened shoulder bolts.
  • Zero backlash.
  • Available in single and double flex models with clamp style hubs with or without keyways.
  • Torque capacities that range from 40 to 1436 Nm and beyond.
  • Speed ratings from 4400 to 17,000 RPM.
  • RoHS compliance.
