Vision Sensors (11047)

The P4 EDGE high-speed self-contained vision sensor is designed to be more versatile than a photoelectric sensor and easier to set up and operate than a PC-based vision system, making it a useful in applications that otherwise would rely on human inspectors or use no inspection. Suggested applications include validating the height and width of parts, location of labels, or detecting the edge of materials, such as plastic or paper on a web operation. It is available in two models: the standard EDGE processes up to 10,000 parts per minute and the EDGE 1.3 has a high-resolution 1.3 million pixel (1,280 x 1,024) imager for capturing images in great detail at up to 1,200 parts per minute.
