Vise-mounted And Table-mounted Work Stops

An expanded line of vise-mounted and table-mounted work stops is designed to provide a secure and accurate stop. Built using the Mazak FH-4000 four-axis CNC milling center, the line includes the E-Z vise stop, which attaches to vise jaws 1/2 to 1.0 in. wide with a one-screw adjustment, and the work stop for milling machine vices, specified for 4, 5, 6, and 8 in. kurt vises. This work stop allows repeatable work-piece placement for production work and bolts on vise without any modifications. The rigid precision adjustable mill stop is well suited for milling setups and mounts on a T slot in the table. This mill stop can be used on milling machines, jig borers, and in horizontal and vertical milling setups. Able to be adjusted in five different axes, the five-axis “real tough” mill stop mounts in T slots and offers solid locking with the flip of one lever.
