Surfcam Verify 4.1 is an integrated toolpath verification software that uses solid models to display the material removal process for 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-axis milling and turning. A new feature is machine tool simulation, which lets users model their machine tool and have it simulate the entire machining process of specific parts. It allows accurate checks for collisions or limits that may not be visible with tool material verification. Open GL support provides fast frame rates for dynamic rotations and fast rendering.
