Accuriss motors feature programmable I/O ports.



USAutomation (Laguna Hills, CA) has announced the introduction of the Accuriss Series of fully integrated and packaged intelligent step motors. Accuriss motors combine a 1.8° hybrid step motor with a microstep drive and an intelligent controller in one easy-to-mount package. Features include:

  • 1.1 inches across (Accuriss 28) to 2.36 inches (Accuriss 60).
  • Microstepping up to 1,600 steps (Accuriss 28) to 51,200 steps (Accuriss 60) per revolution.
  • A high level command language embedded in the controller to allow users to execute real-time motion commands.
  • Programmable I/O ports.
  • Communication to the motors is via RS485 and up to 16 units can be daisy-chained together.
