The crystal clock oscillator features a frequency range of 1.5 to 50 MHz with a stability of ±50 ppm.



NDK (Nihon Dempa Kogyo Co., Ltd.) (Belvidere, IL) announces the availability of the environmentally friendly ultralow power-driven crystal clock oscillator (XO), the NZ2520SF. This compact, L= 2.5 x W= 2.0 x H= 0.9 mm, SMD XO operates on as little as 0.8 V which is 50 percent lower than comparable crystal clock oscillators. Features include

  • Extended battery life.
  • Available in a frequency range of 1.5 to 50 MHz with a stability of ±50 ppm. 
  • An operating temperature range of -40 to +85°.
  • Lead-free packaging.
