Teflon Pumps

Stan-Cor Teflon Series centrifugal pumps are non-metallic ANSI pumps that feature a solid Teflon pump head that is designed for exceptional chemical compatibility and corrosion/abrasion resistance with fluid temperatures to 325°F. The pumps are engineered specifically for pumping dirty, abrasive, and corrosive process fluids in harsh industrial applications. They provide total dynamic head to 90 feet and flow rates at 500 gpm.

Similar metallic pumps require high alloy content for corrosion resistance, making the Stan-Cor Teflon Series 25 percent less costly. Additionally, the series features a lead time of five days, while comparable pump lead times can be as long as 12 weeks.

The concentric casing design is engineered to provide superior flow patterns for less turbulence, longer seal life, and reduced shaft deflection. A heavy-duty drive shaft and duplex contact thrust bearings promise low maintenance and durable performance in the toughest fluid and high-temperature applications.
