SDRAM_memory_modules
The SDRAM memory modules feature ECC support to aid in the correction of single bit errors potentially caused by electrical or magnetic interference and/or background radiation.



Swissbit (Bronschhofen, Switzerland) is proud to announce the latest additions to its INDUSTRIAL family of high speed/high performance SDRAM memory modules, the DDR3 1-, 2- and 4 GB unbuffered Small Outline DIMMs (SO-DIMMs) with ECC (Error Detection and Correction). Features include:

  • ECC support to aid in the correction of single bit errors potentially caused by electrical or magnetic interference and/or background radiation. 
  • A DDR3 SDRAM containing 8 data lines has been added. 
  • Available in both commercial 0° to +85°C (TCase) and industrial -40° to +95°C (TCase) temperature grades.
  • Fully compatible with JEDEC electrical and mechanical specifications and are available in speeds of PC3-10600 1333 Mbit, PC3-8500 1066 Mbit or PC3-6400 800 Mbit.
