The model PT36XX subsea wellbore pressure and temperature transducer features dual pressure containment to increase reliability.

Stellar Technology’s (Amherst, NY) Model PT36XX subsea wellbore pressure and temperature transducer delivers long-term performance in harsh subsea oil and gas exploration environments. Features include:

  • A total error band of ±1 percent of full scale output.
  • A design for working pressures to 15,000 PSI and seawater depths to 17,000 ft.
  • Both the temperature and pressure sensors are located at the flush-end of the wellbore probe, a design feature that improves dynamic response and alleviates clogging.
  • Dual pressure containment to increase reliability.
  • No external load-bearing welds, increasing service life and improving field serviceability.
  • An Inconel and 316 stainless steel construction.
  • A 3 1/16” API flange.
  • Probe lengths available from 3” to 24”.
  • Available electrical outputs including 4 to 20 mA, 0 to 5 VDC, 0 to 10 VDC.
  • Digital outputs including RS232, RS485 and CANbus.
