Slide For Heavy Enclosures

A new slide is designed specifically for heavy electronic enclosure applications. Designated the 3507, it offers full extension with 2 in. of over travel and accommodates 4U and 8U rack-mountable chassis.

The full ball bearing slide measures 0.5 in. wide and 2.03 in. high. It can carry a 200-lb load.

The slide features One-Motion Insertion technology, which includes an enhanced disconnect release and slide members engineered to provide an intuitive installation and re-insertion of a heavier chassis. Additional features include guide pins, which provide stability for cable management attachment directly to the slides, and a lock-out feature to hold the chassis stable when extended for servicing.
