Silicone Release Liners

A line of color-coded silicone release liners is designed for use in product identification and visibility or to differentiate sides or release values.

Radiation-cured silicone coatings provide lay-flat properties and come in various colors and film or paper types. Colors include blue, red, green, and custom colors. UV/EB chemistries meet specific release level and application requirements, and the devices are constructed from polyester, LDPE, HDPE, and PVC films with gauges of 0.25-30 mil, depending on type. Papers include polyethylene- or polypropylene-coated Kraft and other types in 25-100# weights.
