Safety Contact Strips

SGE Series safety contact strips feature molded end caps as well as wiring plugs that are inserted directly into the safety contact for simplified assembly.

They meet safety requirements for machine guarding applications. In fact, they can be used to safeguard many hazards including gates, doors, machines, and scissor lifts.

The safety contact is protected from damage by an outer covering of non-conductive rubber that allows actuation angles up to 90 degrees. This construction offers low resistance, even in lengths exceeding 100 meters.
