Reverse Expansion Insert

The brass Series 18 reverse expansion insert is intended for applications where the bolt enters the insert from the headless, rather than the headed, end.

The insert's head provides a high level of pull-through resistance, and its diamond knurl offers bi-directional torque resistance for bolt installation.

This reverse expansion insert does not require any specialized insertion tools and is intended to be cold-pressed into plastic holes. It can be installed by hand in a factory setting or in the field. With its reverse orientation and head, it promises high levels of joint strength.
