Low-Temperature Valve for Harsh Environments

A poppet valve for applications that must operate in extreme temperatures, as low as -40°C (-40°F) or as high as 60°C (140°F), is the newest addition to the popular line of Prospector poppet valves from Norgren (Littleton, CO). The Prospector low temperature poppet valve is certified to meet rail industry requirements for extreme temperatures, shock, and vibration. Features include:

  • A high flow with short stroke.
  • Selectable between air pilot or solenoid pilot in a wide range of voltages.
  • Flows from Cv 1.2 up to 49.5.
