First Sensor (Germany) presents the new Sensortechnics LDE ultra-low pressure sensors with ranges from 25 Pa (0.1 inH₂O) full scale. These flow-based differential pressure sensors include a microcontroller for precision digital signal conditioning and accomplish very high accuracies.
