Take an industry standard diaphragm valve body, offer it high-purity materials, and then add the programmable "top-down" control flexibility and you have the TOP Control Type 2031 high-purity valve system for ultra-pure and sanitary fluids. The Type 2031 valve bodies are available in investment cast or forged stainless steel, or in plastic with process connections of 9/16 to 2 in. Diaphragm options of EPDM or PTFE/EPDM ensure hermetic isolation of fluid from the corrosion-resistant pneumatic actuator. Temperature ratings are 14° to 284°F with pressure from 0-140 psi.
