Process Controller-sensors

Easy LINK controller-sensors provide fast integration in high-accuracy, local control loops for pressure, flow, or temperature control, enabling system cost reductions in process automation.

The programmable devices connect directly to valves for easy, fast, reliable process control, allowing system engineers to eliminate the need for PLCs and reduce total system cost by up to 50 percent. Combining sensor, control, and communication functions, the intelligent sensors provide local analog or digital gauge readout, 4-20 mA output process signals, local or external programmable setpoint, 3 A relay or transistor output, and plug-and-play AS-i connection. An LCD programming interface allows easy controller setup and a connection to the process valve. Available in plastic, brass, and stainless steel, the devices can measure, monitor, and control pressure, level, flow rate, and temperature variables. Wetted surfaces can be stainless steel, Viton, or EPDM, and setpoint values can be entered by hand or remotely from a PLC over a 4-20 mA loop.
