Pressure-sensitive Acrylic Foam

Scapa A1179G-PE is formulated to provide adhesion and long-term holding power on a wide range of substrates. Made of high-density acrylic foam that is double coated with a high-performance acrylic adhesive, Scapa A1179G-PE is suitable for a variety of product assembly, bonding, mounting, and sealing applications. Scapa A1179G-PE delivers aging and weathering properties, while offering resistance to solvents and moisture. The product also provides strong anti-vibration properties and can be used as a replacement for mechanical fasteners, rivets, liquid adhesives, and spot-welds.
