Piezoelectric Cavity Pressure Sensors

Lynx Piezoelectric cavity pressure sensors are mold-mounted and offer the same power and convenience of Lynx digital technology. To enhance accuracy, the sensors feature unique linearization algorithms and low noise signals. These “smart” sensors incorporate built-in calibration and automatically identify sensor model and sensitivity information. This ability ensures convenient plug-and-play installation. Furthermore, when users move the mold from machine to machine, the sensor identifies the mold to simplify initiation of new jobs. Featuring a detachable cable, the sensor requires no external extension cables. This design is said to enhance ruggedness and reduce cost. Because the case is permanently attached to the mold, the connectors resist contamination.
