Phoenix Contact’s (Middletown, PA) newest coupling relays feature push-in technology (PIT) for fast and easy connections. The PLC-PIT products combine the advantages of push-in technology wth Phoenix Contact’s established PLC relay products. The PIT connection method:

  • Enables fast, easy connection, even for small wires.
  • Reduces insertion forces by up to 50 percent compared with other spring-cage connectors for easy handling and less physical strain.
  • Ensures complete touch-proof termination.
  • Prevents any deformation of the spring by the tool.
  • Measures just 6.2 mm wide.
  • Is compatible with a wide range of accessories, including system cable adapters, feed terminals, and plug-in bridges.
