One-piece V-cup Seal

A new piston V-cup seal that features a single part boasts better seal life than two-part designs. In addition, the one-part seal is said to simplify and speed up assembly, improve efficiencies, and reduce labor content and costs.

Engineered for outboard motor fuel assemblies, the seal uses a fuel-resistant fluoroelastomer material so that the part withstands the harshness of extended fuels. The fluoroelastomer also provides the necessary flex fatigue resistance and compression set.
