Murata's 30 Watt DC/DC converters feature a miniature 1/32 brick open frame package.



Murata Power Solutions (Mansfield, MA) has announced the ULT series of isolated 30 Watt DC/DC converters available in a miniature 1/32 brick industry standard Distributed-power Open Standards Alliance (DOSA) compatible open frame package. Features include:

  • 2:1 input voltage range from 36 – 75 V, 48 Volts, nominal.
  • Up to 30 W output power @ 36 – 48 – 75 Vin.
  • 89% efficiency (typical, 5 Vout).
  • Through-hole and optional SMT package.
  • Miniature 1/32 brick open frame package.
  • Positive & Negative Logic On/Off control option.
  • Monotonic startup into pre-bias output conditions.
  • Over-current & over-temperature protection.
  • Low output ripple and noise.
  • Strong thermal derating characteristics.
  • An operational temperature range –40° to +85°C.
  • 1,500 V I/O isolation.
