Multiple Output Gearhead

The PV Series gearhead is designed to offer high radial load and output torque performance. Engineers can choose from a range of output face options, including standard NEMA output face dimensions. Because it relies on a series of precision-needle bearings, the device is ideally suited for conveyor, production machinery, pharmaceutical and commercial packaging, medical-device manufacturing, automotive applications, and belt and pulley applications. The gearhead features a two-piece adapter/sleeve construction and an easy-to-access pinion clamp to ensure simple mounting. Engineers can choose from six metric/NEMA frame sizes. NEMA sizes range from NEMA 17 to NEMA 34, while metric sizes range from 40 to 90 mm. Standard ratios from 3:1 to 100:1 are available.
