The kit consists of a sensing board with mounting bracket plus a multi-pole ring magnet. The dual-channel, quadrature output provides a low-resolution 20 ppr position feedback signal for monitoring both velocity and direction of rotation. The design warrants motion-control applications such as gate or door control, medical, commercial, or agricultural mixing applications, and material handling equipment. The standard model is available for a 3/8 in. shaft, and custom designs are available to meet specific system requirements.
