Motion Control Modules

MC212 motion control modules for Toshiba T2 Series PLCs provide independent or proportional linear interpolation of servo or stepper motors.

Features of the two-axis modules include pulse train command outputs, feedback pulse monitoring including Z index, incremental, absolute, and linear interpolation profiles, homing sequence, jog and interrupt, software and hardware end limits, and engineering unit conversion. Motion profile and sequencing are programmed with T-PDS PLC software. The modules are compatible with most major brands of servo and stepper controllers. A line of motors and drivers from 30 W to 14.3 kW in size supplies a complete motion control subsystem.
