Microchip's 32-bit PIC32 microcontrollers, with a wider temperature-range, provide full access to up to 128 KB RAM for simultaneous use with the Ethernet, USB, and CAN buffers.



Microchip Technology Inc. (Chandler, AZ) [NASDAQ:  MCHP] has announced that the 32-bit PIC32 microcontrollers (MCUs) now operate from - 40° to 105°C, enabling their use in a wide range of robust applications. With their new, wider temperature-range qualification, designated as V-Temp, the PIC32 MCUs:

Give designers the flexibility to add the features and functionality that will help differentiate their products in the marketplace, while maintaining the ability to operate under extreme temperatures. 

Provide full access to up to 128 KB RAM for simultaneous use with the Ethernet, USB, and CAN buffers.
