Measurement And Control

The new iR2 is an ultra high-performance temperature measurement and control system for difficult applications in semiconductor processing. It uses a two-color ratio technique for precise measurement and control of temperatures from 300°C to 3,000°C. It comes with a compact lens and flexible fiber-optic cable and features through-the-lens laser sighting for precise focus and alignment. In addition, it has full PID control output and a choice of networking options including Ethernet and serial communications. Pricing starts at $2,995.
