Lubricating Spray Valves

A line of MC785-WF spray valves can coat metal stock up to 6 in. wide with a fine, even film of oil. The devices provide consistent lubrication without waste or mist and can reduce oil use as much as 90 percent while extending tool life. They can also reduce or eliminate the need for downstream parts cleaning.

For coil or sheet stock wider than 6 in., multiple valves can be used. Only 2.5 in. high, the compact unit uses low-volume, low-pressure air to completely cover the stock surface with a fine coating of oil. A valve controller mounted outside the press allows easy fine tuning of the amount of lubrication for each job, and individual flow controls allow each valve's output to be adjusted independently.
