The aluminum CD model features a lightweight, high strength coupling design that enables designers to increase the speed of the actuator.



Zero-Max (Plymouth, MN) introduces that its aluminum CD model in single and double flex versions that has high tosional stiffness for servo motor applications. Features include:

  • Low inertia.
  • Reduced cycle time.
  • Improved system productivity.
  • A lightweight, high strength coupling design that enables designers to increase the speed of the actuator.
  • Available in single and double flex models with or without keyways.
  • Single flex models have a torque capacity range from 40 to 1436 Nm and beyond with speed ratings from 4400 to 17,000 RPM.
