Priced at $9,200, TLA5000 Series logic analyzers feature 500 ps/32 Mb deep memory timing simultaneous with 125 ps MagniVu acquisition. The units also boast high timing resolution and powerful triggering capabilities to debug glitches. The memory depth enables users to capture high-speed timing problems over long periods of time.

The series includes four monolithic logic analyzers ranging from 34 to 136 channels. All models provide 500 ps deep memory on quarter channels, 1 ns deep memory on half channels, and 2 ns to 50 ms deep memory timing on all channels.
