Kapton Insulated Heaters

New commercial-grade Kapton insulated heaters are less than 0.01 in. thick and can be formed to a 0.03 in. radius. Features include low thermal mass, fast warm-up, and uniform heating.

Standard sizes range from 0.5 x 2 in. to 5 x 5 in. and boast uniform power output at 12 or 24 Vdc. Solder pad terminals are standard with factory-installed PTFE insulated lead wires optional. All models include PSA film mounting adhesive for operation at 100°C.

These heaters are engineered to provide tight thermal control on devices with strict budget limits. Applications include commercial food preparation equipment, disposable medical devices, and warming electronic systems in cold environments.
