The KIQ025 Series is a quarter brick intermediate dc/dc converter that is able to produce 25 A in a 12 V nominal output at efficiencies up to 96 percent. The unit offers a low-cost and reliable solution for applications requiring high currents at very low voltages provided by non-isolated point-of-load (POL) converters. Designed as a loosely regulated 12 Vdc isolated intermediate bus, the converter is suitable as a power source for generating efficient power to non-isolated POL converters.

Measuring 2.3 x 1.45 x 0.43 in., the KIQ025 delivers 300 W of power in a standard quarter brick footprint and features a power density of 210 watts per cubic inch. It accepts inputs of 42 to 53 Vdc and is capable of providing full power up to 55°C with 200 LFM of airflow.
