Industrial Controller

End users and OEMs who need a cost-effective, low-end controller with the flexibility of online editing can use the AllenBradley MicroLogix 1100 controller. Priced at $550, the controller helps users make program modifications without interrupting operation. An embedded EtherNet/IP communications port in the MicroLogix 1100 controller enables users to easily share data across a production facility, while eliminating the time and costs associated with network wiring. In addition, an embedded Ethernet Web server gives users remote access to control information, further optimizing production efficiency by sharing real-time data on the plant floor with OEM partners or remote maintenance engineers. The MicroLogix 1100 controller is designed as a cost-effective option for users seeking distributed control across an Ethernet network, such as in material handling or packaging applications. It also is suitable for applications using supervisory control and data acquisition with the MicroLogix 1100 as a remote terminal unit.
