Hyperspectral Ccd Spectrometers

Two new hyperspectral spectrometers feature enclosed gratings that do not rotate and are factory set for a specific wavelength range. Both models are housed in a palm-sized package and offer an increased spectral range with a minimum decrease in resolution. Engineers can use a 5 W Tungsten source for the VIS-NIR model (350 to 1,050 nm) or a 5 W Deuterium/3 W Tungsten combo to cover the range of the UV-VIS model (300 to 720 nm). A 10-mm cuvette holder allows users to measure transmission, absorption, and fluorescence and features three SMA905 connections to input and detect light. Software and a USB cable are included.
