Hydrophobic_filters
The new filters offer pore size rating range from 0.1 to 0.03 µm.



W. L. Gore & Associates (Gore) (Elkton, MD), has applied its award-winning PTFE technology to a family of hydrophobic filters for the manufacture of bulk high-purity chemicals used in semiconductor and electronics fabrication. The new filters offer:

  • Up to 200 percent improvement in flow.
  • Pore size rating range from 0.1 to 0.03 µm.
  • Increased process capacity.
  • Decreased number of filters.
