The 1- and 2-wire braid and 4-spiral hose styles feature an improved temperature rating of +260°F.



Eaton Corporation (Eden Prairie, MN) has announced that select 1- and 2-wire braid and 4-spiral hose styles marketed as the new Weatherhead Diamond Advantage program have been re-engineered to provide higher working pressures and higher temperature ratings plus a durable hose cover offering superior abrasion resistance. Included are the popular Weatherhead H190, H280, H290, H430 and H245L, hose styles. Features include:

  • Improved temperature rating of +260°F.
  • Abrasion-resistant cover technology.
  • H190, H280, H290, and H245L exceed Euro Norm SN/SC standards.
  • H430 4-spiral hose exceeds EN 4SP pressures in sizes 18 through -16.
