High-speed Guideway Assemblies (12699)

The new Linear Guideways line of guideway assemblies is built for long-lasting, high-speed, and high-accuracy performance. Featuring a recirculation system for smooth linear motion with little noise, the guideways combine lube-retaining end caps and sealed bearing blocks. This design reduces friction and helps ensure quiet and accurate operation. End seals, which are available with optional seals and scrapers, protect against contamination. Tapped and threaded holes are referenced to the mounting surface and can be installed from either top or bottom. Clearly marked reference surfaces on the blocks and rails are said to provide easy, accurate access regardless of mounting location. The ATH Series is designed for the heaviest loads, such as machine centers and transportation equipment. The ATE Series offers an interchangeable block and is ideal for precision measuring equipment and woodworking machinery. The ATM Series combines its miniature size with high accuracy, and can be used in applications such as medical and IC manufacturing equipment. The ATH E2 is a self-lubricating model that provides clean, low-maintenance operation for electronic, medical, and manufacturing machinery.
