Helical Gear Drives

A line of helical gear drives offers 98 percent drive efficiency per gear set in the most commonly used gearbox configurations. Engineered for high power output per unit size and weight, the FGA Series helical gear drives boast high starting torque and precise speed reduction with outstanding application versatility for OEM products ranging from augers, conveyors, feed systems, and winches to textiles and packaging machines.

Advanced induction motors offer drive torque from 22 to 4,425 lbs-ft, while high-grade helical gears with precision-ground and polished tooth profiles promise smooth, quiet operation and precise power transmission.

The helical gear drives are available in both standard and hollow shaft configurations. Multiple mounting options meet varied design requirements while optimizing space utilization.
