HEIDENHAIN Corporation (Schaumburg, IL) introduces multipoint GAGE-CHEK readouts with a new dark gray faceplate and many features that include:

  • Inputs for up to 8 gauges and for multipoint measurements.
  • Simple pass/fail detection up to complex SPC evaluation. 
  • Configuration for basic or advanced operations where inputs can be assigned and combined as desired.
  • Available with mathematical, trigonometric or statistical formulas. 
  • Management of up to 100 parts, each with up to 16 visible measurement features and 16 hidden ones. 
  • Soft and hot keys can be adapted as required. 
  • Min/Max functions monitor and store data.
  • A large color graphic screen that displays results numerically or graphically as a color bar or a dial, or archived for statistical process control (SPC).
