Handles Requiring No Screws Or Tools

New Snap-Line handles require no screws or tools for installation and are designed to hold securely in place, even in severe vibration environments. The handles require only a moderate pressing motion when being installed on a prepared panel. Made totally of zinc die-cast, Snap-Line handles are built to sustain their strength and eliminate the risk of loosening screws falling out and damaging sensitive equipment. The handles feature an ergonomic design that makes them easy to use with gloved hands. Engineers can choose from a variety of aesthetic designs and sizes as well as customized options. Handle options include grab handles in several different sizes, pull handles, and concealed handles. A rectangular cut-out is all that is required for panel preparation. Installation of a Snap-Line handle is said to take about as much time as aligning a part, which is the first step involved in traditional assembly. A D-Snap housing holds a spring-loaded set of wings. These wings are designed to snap into position to hold the handle firmly in the panel. To ensure simple replacement and maintenance of associated areas, the D-Snap mechanism can be retracted using a tool. This allows the hardware to slide out from the panel opening.
