Gate Drive Transformers

Designed to support high-speed dc-dc converters in switching power supply applications, SM76760, SM76922, SM76924, and SM76925 gate drive transformers feature a hi-pot rating of up to 1,500 Vdc and come in miniature low-profile surface-mount packages. These gate drive transformers boast high performance, compact size, and high-temperature compatibility.

They are priced beginning at 62 cents each in typical production quantities.

Some models feature profiles as low as 4 mm maximum. They have a flat-top design in packages as small as 6 x 8.4 mm for compatibility with high-density circuits. Their flat-top design makes them suitable for automated pick-and-place manufacturing, and they are available in tape-and-reel packaging.

Designed with materials to withstand temperatures ranging from -40° to +130°C, they are compatible with reflow soldering techniques.
