Four-pin Square Leds

OVF Series four-pin high-flux LEDs are available in a range of colors and viewing angles. Designed to serve as an alternative to neon in outdoor and indoor signage applications, the line consists of high-current “Super-Flux” LEDs. All models are housed in 7.6-mm2 four-pin through-hole packages with water-clear lenses that provide viewing angles from 40 to 120 degrees. The LEDs can be used in arrays or mounted in housings. Suitable applications include scoreboards and large-area electronic billboards; traffic signals and highway signage; and tail lights, turn indicators, brake lights and other exterior automotive lighting applications. OVFS series LEDs are available in blue (470 nm InGaN), with a typical luminous flux of 850 mlm (millilumens) measured at forward current of 30 mA and a viewing angle of 60 degrees. The green LED (525 nm InGaN) offers a typical flux of 2,500 mlm at 30 mA, and a viewing angle of 60 degrees. The amber LED (591nm AlInGaP) touts a typical flux of 5,000 mlm at 70 mA and a 90-degree viewing angle. The red/orange LED (618 nm AlInGaP) features a typical flux of 4,500 mlm at 70 mA and a 40-degree viewing angle. The red LED (624 nm AlInGaP) also features a typical flux of 4,500 mlm at 70 mA and a 90-degree viewing angle. The OVFS white LED (InGaN) exhibits a typical flux of 1,200 mlm at 30 mA and a viewing angle of 60 degrees. OVFT series LEDs are available in blue (470 nm InGaN), with a typical luminous flux of 360 mlm at 20 mA and a viewing angle of 120 degrees. Engineers can also choose the green OVFT LED (525 nm InGaN), which features a typical flux of 960 mlm at 20 mA and a viewing angle of 120 degrees. The yellow LED (589 nm AlInGaP) offers a typical flux of 3,360 mlm at 70 mA and a 120-degree viewing angle, while the red/orange LED (618 nm AlInGaP) touts a typical flux of 3,360 mlm at 70 mA and a viewing angle of, 120 degrees. The red LED (624 nm AlInGaP) features a 3,000 mlm at 70 mA typical flux and a 120-degree viewing angle. The OVFT white LED (InGaN) exhibits a typical flux of 600 mlm at 20 mA and a viewing angle of 120 degrees. All OVF series LEDs are rated for operation between -40° and +100° C and are compatible with lead-free soldering processes. Pricing starts at $0.21 per in quantities of 10,000.
