Series 2000 inline flowmeters measure liquid flow rates with ۬ percent accuracy, full scale. The new flowmeters are calibrated for water or for user-specified specific gravity and viscosity and make more accurate measurement of flow possible in a variety of applications. Series 2000 instruments present flow values on a large, direct-reading dial. The economical, self-cleaning flowmeters are available in convenient ranges from 0-2 gph to 0-30 gpm, and include gauge, switch, and combination gauge-switch models. One or two reed switches can be specified and set to either open or close with increasing or decreasing flow. A simple magnetic movement senses flow rates while isolating switch and gauge functions from the flow stream at line pressures as high as 3,000 psig. Rugged, corrosion-resistant internal parts combined with brass, aluminum, or stainless steel bodies are designed to ensure a long, maintenance-free operating life.
