Flowmeter For Precision Filling Control

The Type 8055 Full-Bore Magflowmeter is designed for filling and dosing operations, including data registration. The Type 8055 finds use in sanitary food/beverage processes, pharmaceuticals manufacturing, and water treatment applications. It is also used in CIP (clean in place) and SIP(steam in place) applications.

Combined with a valve as the actuating element, the Type 8055 accurately controls precision dosing and filling operations. The unit incorporates two transistor outputs (40 VDC, 100 mA), 0/4-20 mA current output, and RS485. The transistor outputs are each freely programmable and can be configured as pure switching outputs for a valve, alarm, and rough/fine dosage. In addition, they can be configured proportionately to flow rate/volumes as pulse output.
