Flogging Tape

Scapa P1010A is a black flocking tape designed for automotive applications, including anti-rattle, NVH, and friction reduction. The product meets the majority of the requirements of Ford ESB-M6G17-A, General Motors 6420M, and DaimlerChrysler MS-JZ8-22 automotive specifications. Scapa P1010A consists of a black 20 to 23 mil thick precision cut nylon flock material that is single-coated with an aggressive automotive-grade acrylic adhesive. Its low fogging acrylic adhesive offers high tack and peel strength and bonds to a wide variety of surfaces. The high adhesive coat weight allows it to bond to irregular surfaces. Appropriate for a range of automotive and industrial assembly applications, Scapa P1010A offers resistance to environmental extremes and abrasion. The PET release liner performs in die-cutting applications.
