Flexible Electrical Cables

Chainflex flexible electrical cables for automated energy supplies are designed to prevent the problem of common cable failures. Lab and field tested at various speeds, temperatures, bend radii, travels, and cycle durations, the devices are structured specifically for use in carrier guidance systems to extend the life of machinery. Full systems include cable, carrier, shelving, separators, mounting brackets, strain relief, and harnessing services to ensure the longest possible cable life.

The units can be installed by placing the spool on a supported dowel, pulling the cable off, and placing it directly into the carrier. With no top or bottom to the cable, there is no need to wrap the ends or straighten or flatten it out as it comes off the spool ready to use.
