Fixed/removable Ide Flash Drive

The 4X20 PC/104 fixed/removable IDE flash drive provides 8, 16, or 32 Mbytes in a compact flash socket, combining fixed and removable storage on the same card.

With a built-in IDE controller, the unit is bootable by and compatible with most operating systems without the need for special drivers or ROMs. The NAND flash chips have a long inherent life span that is enhanced by the built-in ECC and wear leveling. Using either the primary or secondary IDE address, the units don't interfere with existing IDE drives. Users can select which drive is master and which is the slave. An optional Ethernet interface provides 10BaseT and AUI capabilities.

Pricing in quantities of 100 is $79 each, and $39 for the Ethernet option.
