The PEMSERTER features rapid tooling changeover capabilities.



The PEMSERTER Series 4 from PennEngineering (Danboro, PA)  press for installing self-clinching fasteners has been augmented with several new standard features, including laser pointer, stroke counter, and lockable cabinet for storage of tools and accessories. Features include:

  • Pneumatic power to deliver speed, consistency, and simple operation.
  • An 18”/45.7 cm throat depth that provides clearance for a wide variety of chassis configurations.
  • Rapid tooling changeover capabilities.
  • Thread sizes #0 / M2 through 3/8” / M10 in steel.
  • Sizes up to ½” / M12 in aluminum panels or circuit boards. 
  • Adjustable insertion force from 1,000 lbs. to 6 tons and 4.5 to 53.4 kN.
