The PEMSERTER Series 4 from PennEngineering (Danboro, PA) press for installing self-clinching fasteners has been augmented with several new standard features, including laser pointer, stroke counter, and lockable cabinet for storage of tools and accessories. Features include:
- Pneumatic power to deliver speed, consistency, and simple operation.
- An 18”/45.7 cm throat depth that provides clearance for a wide variety of chassis configurations.
- Rapid tooling changeover capabilities.
- Thread sizes #0 / M2 through 3/8” / M10 in steel.
- Sizes up to ½” / M12 in aluminum panels or circuit boards.
- Adjustable insertion force from 1,000 lbs. to 6 tons and 4.5 to 53.4 kN.
