Fast-response Rtd Assemblies

An RTD assembly features a small sheath diameter for applications requiring fast response, durability, accuracy, and repeatability.

With two- or three-connection, stainless steel sheath material and high-purity magnesium oxide insulation, the assembly is available with T3 epoxy seal termination with 24 gauge TFE insulated stranded conductors, PJ Series quick-connect plug-and-jack connectors, and T5AL lightweight direct-mount aluminum NEMA 4 terminal head. The RTD element is platinum 100 ohm at 0°C, 0.00358 ohm/ohm/°C coefficient, Class B tolerance. Maximum sensor sheath length is 4 in. An extensive selection of standard and custom-engineered temperature sensor calibrations and configurations, sheath materials, and terminal head types, materials, and mounting styles allow users to create an assembly to meet their specifications.
